Opening hours 2026
Annual opening from Saturday 14 March to Wednesday 11 November 2026.
The Pagoda of Chanteloup is open to visitors from Wednesday to Sunday in March, from 1 to 16 October and from 2 to 11 November; every day from April to September and from 17 October to 1 November (All Saints’ Day holidays).
Ticket office closes 1 hour before the site closes.
Wednesday to Sunday:
March: 10am-1pm and 2pm-5pm (last access at 4pm)
From 1 to 16 October: 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. (last access at 4 p.m.)
From 2 to 11 November: 10 am-1 pm and 2 pm-5 pm (last access at 4 pm)
Every day:
April – May: 10 am – 6 pm (last access at 5 pm)
June – August: 10 a.m. – 7 p.m . (last access at 6 p.m.)
September: 10am – 6pm (last access at 5pm)
From 17 October to 1 November: 10am-1pm and 2pm-5pm (last access at 4pm)
Annual closure on November 11, 2026 at 5 p.m.

Summer guided tours
Discover the history of the Chanteloup Pagoda, its architecture, its decorations and its secrets, with a guide.
At 11 am and 3:30 pm on weekends and public holidays in May, every day from June to August.

Come solve the “Mystery of Chanteloup”!
Using an adventurer’s bag filled with binoculars, a compass and lots of other fun accessories, go in search of many hidden clues in the Chanteloup Pagoda Park to solve the Mystery of Chanteloup.
Free animation delivered at the box office in exchange for an ID.

Located 25 km from Tours and 3 km from the city centre of Amboise, the Chanteloup Pagoda is:
- 5 minutes drive from downtown Amboise towards Bléré-Loches
- 2 hours from Paris via the A10 motorway (Amboise exit)
- 1 hour from Paris-Montparnasse by the TGV – Saint Pierre des Corps then Amboise
